All of our items are in stock and available for collection in person. We are always happy to quote for shipping on request where possible. Some items are too large for standard shipping. We dispatch all of our items within 24 hours of purchase and on the next working day. Standard UK deliveries are made Monday to Saturday 8am to 6pm excluding public holidays. Working days are defined as Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods in the time specified, we cannot guarantee delivery in that time period or accept liability for deliveries made outside of this time-scale. We cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase and we offer a 14 day returns policy. After receiving the item it may be returned in good condition for any reason with return shipping fees & insurance paid by the buyer. The product must be returned in good condition, in original packaging (where possible) with all parts and accessories. Timber is a natural material and variations in colour, texture, and other naturally occurring features occur between pieces and batches of the same species. Sanding and finishing also causes variation in appearance.
